「穀雨」| 二十四節氣 推薦食材、禁忌一次看：春季忌動怒、忌頹廢
穀雨為春季節氣之末，亦稱晚春，穀雨節氣後有些地區降雨增，空氣中的濕度逐漸增加。
穀雨時節，過於潮濕的空氣會使人體由內到外都有不適反應。從中醫養生的角度來說，如此潮濕的環境，濕邪容易侵入人體為患，引發胃口不佳、關節肌肉酸痛等症狀。因此，穀雨飲養生除養肝之外，祛濕也很重要。
穀雨之時，人體十分容易困乏，但此時是人體的消化功能最為旺盛的時期，脾胃對營養的吸收效果極佳。
[ 習俗 ]
1. 喝穀雨茶
「穀雨」這天採製的春茶稱為「穀雨茶」，色澤翠綠，葉質柔軟，香氣宜人，民間認為「穀雨茶」滋味最好，還有清火、明目等功效，還有辟邪的意義。
2.賞花
牡丹盛開的時節，牡丹寓意吉祥富貴，到戶外「走穀雨」兼賞花，為身心迎來清爽愉悅。

紅豆、蓮子、黃豆芽、綠茶(熱)、芫荽
[ 穀雨當季食材 ]
1.玫瑰花
行氣解鬱、和血散瘀、解毒生津
2. 桑葚
滋陰養血、生津潤腸、烏髮明目
3.菜心
散瘀消腫、疏通腸胃
4.萵荀
利五臟、通經脈、堅筋骨
[ 忌吃 ]
忌食燥熱食物：以防邪熱化火誘發瘡癰、癤腫等疾病。如辣椒、胡椒、羊肉等大辛、大熱之物，要避免進食。
忌食發物：如蟹、蝦、竹筍等。
[ 食譜配合 ]

利水消腫粥
配方：銀耳50克，薏米、紅豆、蓮子各適量，白砂糖/冰糖少許
做法：
1.全部材料均用清水泡發漲開，洗淨備用。
2.鍋中先放入薏米、紅豆、蓮子煮至熟爛，再加銀耳一起烹調至熟，加入糖略調味即可。
功效：利水消腫
