【川貝母，貝母中的尚品】
貝母為可化痰止咳的中藥材，市面上常見的貝母有川貝母、平貝母及浙貝母，其中川貝母是四川道地藥材，功效最為顯著，而且有清熱潤肺之效用，所以川貝母是貝母中的尚品，價格也會比一般貝母高。季節轉變，有幾聲咳，川貝母可清熱潤肺，化痰止咳。
【時令養生食譜】
川貝母燉豆腐
功效 : 清熱潤肺
材料：川貝母3克、冰糖6克、冰糖適量、鹽適量。
做法：
1. 川貝母打碎或研粗末；
2. 豆腐沖洗乾淨；
3. 將川貝母粉與冰糖一起放在豆腐上，隔水燉盅煮1小時，加鹽即可飲用。
功效 : 清熱潤肺
材料：川貝母3克、冰糖6克、冰糖適量、鹽適量。
做法：
1. 川貝母打碎或研粗末；
2. 豆腐沖洗乾淨；
3. 將川貝母粉與冰糖一起放在豆腐上，隔水燉盅煮1小時，加鹽即可飲用。
川貝雪梨湯
適用 : 肺虛咳嗽
材料：川貝母30克、冰糖6克、雪梨1個。
做法：
1. 先將所有材料洗淨；
2. 將川貝母、冰糖置於去核雪梨中；
3. 以大火燉1.5小時，再以文火燉1小時。
注意 : 脾胃虛寒及有濕痰、寒痰者不宜使用
適用 : 肺虛咳嗽
材料：川貝母30克、冰糖6克、雪梨1個。
做法：
1. 先將所有材料洗淨；
2. 將川貝母、冰糖置於去核雪梨中；
3. 以大火燉1.5小時，再以文火燉1小時。
注意 : 脾胃虛寒及有濕痰、寒痰者不宜使用
貝母粥
適用 : 咳嗽痰少、口咽乾燥
材料：川貝母10克、糙米50克、冰糖適量。
做法：
1. 川貝母打碎，糙米洗淨；
2. 將糙米加水煮至米開，湯未稠時加入川貝母粉及冰糖；
3. 小火繼續煮，至粥成粘稠狀即可。
適用 : 咳嗽痰少、口咽乾燥
材料：川貝母10克、糙米50克、冰糖適量。
做法：
1. 川貝母打碎，糙米洗淨；
2. 將糙米加水煮至米開，湯未稠時加入川貝母粉及冰糖；
3. 小火繼續煮，至粥成粘稠狀即可。
