白露| 二十四節氣 為何白露是重要時節？
白露時節，夏季的熱空氣漸被秋季的冷空氣取代，日照時間較短，氣溫下降較快。
白露之後，養生應以補中氣，健脾為主。白露時節，燥氣當令，節令養生食譜當以潤燥益氣為中心。在夏季消耗的體力要靠此季節增加營養來補充，所以此季節人們食慾大增。此時的飲食立用甘潤半和之品，即「平補」。
[ 習俗 ]
1. 收清露
古人會在白露時「收清露」，將凝結的露水收取煮過飲用，具有延年益壽的功效，《本草綱目》記載：「秋露繁時，以盤收取，煎如飴，令人延年不饑。」
2. 吃龍眼
白露時節正是龍眼的盛產期，這個季節的龍眼大顆核小口感甜美，民間傳說認為白露節氣這天吃一顆龍眼就相當於吃一隻雞的營養，不只補身體還可以開運，還有「南桂圓、北人參」的說法。

小暑當季食材：
1. 南瓜 潤肺益氣
2. 栗子 滋陰活血
3. 木瓜 排毒祛濕
白露推薦食材：
桂圓、蓮子、紅棗、山藥、銀耳、枸杞、黑芝麻、核桃等
[ 忌吃 ]
油膩厚味之食：防秋燥，內熱暑重
辛味及燒烤類食物：防加重秋燥病症，如韭菜、辣椒、蔥、蒜等
寒涼之品，少食生冷瓜果：免導致腹瀉、痢疾等症狀，老人、兒童尤其要注意
[食譜配合 ]
雪梨南北杏桃燉銀耳
材料：雪梨2個，銀耳20克，南杏、北杏各5克、冰糖適量
做法：
1. 將雪梨洗淨，去皮、去核，切粒；將南杏、北杏洗乾淨；銀耳浸軟，洗乾淨，撕成小片。
2. 鍋內放入適量的清水，水開後放入雪梨、南杏、北杏及銀耳，慢火煲2小時。加入冰糖，即可飲用。
